It's official, all the agents I talk to agree that there is a lot of new activity, specially in the Miami Beach area.
It seems to me that the market may have bottomed out already...

Hi! Very good article! what is your view on the market? are prices starting to go up?
It seems that prices will remain stable for some time while the inventory is absorbed by the market.
