Buyers still waiting?

I see many buyers still waiting for prices to drop even more.
I think many of these buyers will end up left out. Reality is that prices are already below construction costs and as inventory dries up a bit, prices will tend to stabilize and recoup.
Good properties are moving. Last week we lost two properties to above asking offers...
