I have been impressed by how much the Real Estate market has heated up. It seems that the difference in price between properties that are great and properties that are not so great is minimal so buyers are snatching the best ones.
Moreover, good properties are getting multiple offers. Some of the hottest REOs have sold for prices way over asking.
REOs have dried up a little bit and short sales are moving. If you ask me, I'll tell you I think it's the time to buy...
